Inaugural Event Preview of our new Safety Square Education Exhibition:
Safety Square education will provide citizens of all ages a venue to learn how to be safer when walking, crossing the street, riding or driving wheeled vehicles for recreation or transportation such as cars, trucks, buses, bikes, motorcycles, lawn mowers, snow mobiles or skateboarding. Our goal of this interactive educational tool is the reduction of injury to individuals participating in these safety programs.
Safety Square will improve the "quality of life" in our community environment each time a child or adult who participated in this program does not walk or run into a street and gets struck by a vehicle causing a possibly injury.
Special thanks to our inaugural partners:
- A.B.A.T.E. - Motorcycle Education
- Burn Prevention Foundation - Fire Safety House
- Cetronia Ambulance & Andy teaching safety to children
- Community Bike Works - Bike Safety & Education
- Jack's Glass - Car Seat & Seat Belt Safety
